Terms and Conditions

§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Regulations define the rules for using the online store operating at https://ptgrading.myshopify.com/, hereinafter referred to as the "Store".

The store is operated by: PTGrading, with its registered office at Professor Kamerlingh Onneslaan 139 3112 VE Schiedam, BTW-ID: NL004296691B68, KvK: 86707817, e-mail: info@pt-grading.com, tel.: +31613743065.

Definitions used in the Regulations:

Client – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality, placing an Order in the Store.

Consumer – a Client who is a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.

Grading Service (Intermediation) – a service provided by the Seller, consisting of receiving, verifying, preparing, securing, insuring, and organizing the shipment of the Client's cards/items to external certifying entities (e.g., PSA, Beckett, CGC, ACE) and returning them to the Client.

Goods – movable items offered in the Store (e.g., collector's accessories, slabs, protectors).

§ 2. SERVICES AND PLACING ORDERS

Prices in the Store are gross prices (include taxes) and are given in PLN or currencies selected by the Client.

Orders can be placed via the Store's website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

To place an order, the Client selects the appropriate Goods or Grading Service, fills out the delivery form, and makes the payment.

The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order for processing via email.

§ 3. SPECIFICS OF THE GRADING SERVICE (INTERMEDIATION)

The Seller provides an intermediation service for shipping cards to third-party companies (PSA, Beckett, CGC, ACE, etc.).

Card condition assessment is performed exclusively by an external certifying company. The Seller has no influence on the final assessment awarded by these companies and is not responsible for it.

The Client is obliged to safely package and deliver the cards to the Seller's address. The Seller is responsible for the cards from the moment of their physical receipt and verification of the shipment's condition.

The completion time for the Grading Service depends on the estimated processing times provided by external certifying companies and customs-logistical procedures. The stated deadlines are approximate.

§ 4. PAYMENTS AND DELIVERY

The Store offers the following payment methods:

Apple Pay/Google Pay/BLIK/Klarna/PayPal/Visa & Mastercard/Shop Pay.

Delivery of Goods and graded cards is made to the address indicated by the Client via courier companies or parcel lockers.

Delivery costs are clearly indicated in the order placement process.

§ 5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT (RETURNS)

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of Goods (e.g., accessories) without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal: In accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply in the case of contracts for the provision of services if the Seller has fully performed the service with the explicit consent of the Consumer (e.g., after sending the card to an international grading center).

§ 6. COMPLAINTS

The Seller is responsible to the Client for the conformity of the services provided and goods with the contract.

Complaints should be submitted electronically to the e-mail address: info@pt-grading.com.

The complaint description should include: order number, description of the damage/problem, and any photos.

The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt.

§ 7. PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)

The administrator of personal data processed in connection with order fulfillment is the Seller.

Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data and cookies can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the Store's website.

§ 8. FINAL PROVISIONS

In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

The Seller reserves the right to change the Regulations. Changes do not affect orders placed before their effective date.
