How to send cards?

Do you want to have your cards graded but prefer to avoid paperwork and the hassle of shipping abroad? We'll take care of it for you. The entire process is very simple and only requires a few steps from you.

1. You send cards to us

After placing an order, you pack your cards and send them to us at your own expense. It is very important to include a piece of paper with your order number inside the package. You can easily find the number in the confirmation email. We only accept parcels via InPost Parcel Lockers.

2. Verification and our shipment

Once we receive your parcel, we check its contents and ensure everything matches the order. Then, we securely pack your cards along with the rest and send the entire bulk package to the grading company.

3. Waiting for grading

The cards are sent to specialists and sealed in slabs. The grading time itself ranges from 35 to 125 days. The exact timeframe depends on the option you choose when ordering. Please note that the total waiting time is extended by the transit time. We must account for the days needed for the package to reach us from you, and then from us to the grading company.

4. Cards return to Poland

The graded gems return to us. We immediately let you know that they are safe and sound and waiting to return to your collection.

5. Return shipment to you

Finally, you need to pay for your chosen return delivery method. We do not cover the costs of this shipment, so it is your responsibility. As soon as you pay for the package, we securely pack your slabs and send them straight to you.
